Payment

What forms of payment does cheer-solutions.com accept? The quickest method to process your order is to use a credit card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. You can also send a check or money order to us - visit the Contact Us page for the e-mail address. If you mail in a payment, we have to wait until your payment clears before your order can go to production, this may take up to 10 business days. At this time we do not accept C.O.D. payments. Orders placed from our online store can be paid with a credit card or through PayPal payments. WE ALSO ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS from schools and government entities.

What are your payment terms when ordering? We custom make your MAT MOVER IIs as soon as your payment is processed. We keep our costs low by only ordering materials as we need them to fulfill orders. We are able to quickly turnaround MAT MOVER II orders by streamlining the manufacturing process. 100% of the order total is due at the time of placing the order to put your order into production. You will be contacted when the order is ready to ship. Orders placed from our online store are processed within the next business day when the order is placed in our production system.

What if my organization is tax exempt? (STATE 0F ILLINOIS ONLY) Orders may be placed without having to pay sales tax if they are accompanied by a copy of the tax exempt documentation certificate supplied by the State. Once your exemption certificate is received by Cheer-solutions.com via email at sales@cheer-solutions.com, or mail in with your order. Tax exempt orders will not be shipped without certificate.

What is the warranty on your products? We offer a 90 day limited warranty on our products. Cheer-solutions.com warrants all MAT MOVER IIs against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.

Policies

What are your product safety warnings? *WARNING - FOR THESE REASONS, THE USER MUST ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PERSONAL INJURY WHEN USING ANY OF THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN THE WEBSITE OR BROCHURE. These risks can be reduced by following these safety tips/rules: 1. NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN MOVING MATS. 2. USE MAT MOVER II ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF TRAINED AND QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS. 3. NEVER USE CART AS A TOY OR RIDE ON IT. 4. PROPER LIFTING PROCEEDURES SHOULD BE FOLLOWED. 5. INSPECT MAT MOVER CAREFULLY ON A REGULAR BASIS. Routinely inspect the Mat Mover II system for damage or deterioration parts or its assembly. If in doubt do not use product until consulting with your instructor or our service department at sales@cheer-solutions.com.

Do you keep my information private? We do not sell or rent your information. We use the information you provide only to process your order or answer your request. We strive to respect your privacy, both as a customer and visitor to our website. We are always working to improve our level of customer satisfaction.

What is your pricing policy? We make a best effort to keep the information we provide as accurate and up to date as possible. Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for any typographical or pictorial errors.

Returns

How do I return my purchase? Contact us immediately at sales@cheer-solutions.com. Returns and cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return freight. Refused shipments by the recipient are considered unauthorized and all fees apply unless being refused due to damage. Please make sure to inspect your shipment upon delivery. Note any damages on your bill of lading when the driver is there for delivery. If you sign for a package and later find damage, Mat Mover II may not be able to help you file a shipping claim due to the claim policy enforced by the shipping company. Customers have 5 business days upon delivery to contact us and report a discrepancy of product or quantity in your shipment. Custom items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

How many days do I have to return a purchase? If you receive a product you wish to return, you have 30 days upon receiving your merchandise to do so.

How do I exchange an item under warranty? Contact us at sales@cheer-solutions.com and send us a message about an RMA request.

Refunds Policy When a refund is to be issued, please allow for 7 business days for charge cards refunds and 15-20 business days for checks. A refund check cannot be issued, for refunds on orders that were originally paid by charge card and cancelled/returned, without written approval from the credit card company stating that the card is inactive or cancelled.

How do I place an order?Use any of our convenient ordering options - online, or email at sales@cheer-solutions.com and we will send you a hard copy order form for your order.

How can I order online? Our online store lets you place and pay for your order around the clock. If the items you want are not available from our online store, e-mail a sales representative at sales@cheer-solutions.com .

How do I get a quote? Email us at sales@cheer-solutions. Provide us with your location and the products you are interested in and we will contact you with a hassle-free quote for products, shipping rates, and delivery times.

Shipping

How quickly is an item ready to ship? There are various lead times for each product. Our stock items are given a 3-5 business day window and all MAT MOVER IIs are 1-4 weeks.

How long does it take to deliver an item? Once an item is ready to ship, it is sent via truck or FEDEX. The time frame will be dependent on how far of a distance you are from our factory. The average transit time is 2-5 business days. Products may be available to ship faster for a fee only through FEDEX. Visit the Contact Us page for a quote.

What are your shipping rates? To provide you the lowest shipping cost, our rates are based on your delivery zip code. We currently use FEDEX and freight (common carrier) to ship your order and provide you their rates to deliver to your shipping address. PLEASE BE ADVISED FREIGHT SHIPPERS CHARGE EXTRA FOR LIFT GATE AND/OR LIMITED ACCESS. IF YOUR LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE A DOCK OR FORKLIFT OR SEMI TRUCK ACCESS PLEASE INFORM US. Attention Canada/International Customers: Please be advised that our shipping charges do not always cover brokerage or custom fees. Confirm with your sales representative.
